Caden was born with PFFD and Fibular Hemimelia and has worn a prosthesis since he was 17 months old. He is a super active kiddo and loves wrestling and playing football, but without access to a sports leg, his standard prosthetic device was causing him a lot of pain and difficulty doing the things he loves. Caden’s previous prosthesis had been so troublesome it even drove him to contemplate quitting football, a sport he loves so much. We recently sent Caden to POA Orlando to get fitted for a specialized activity prosthesis and he hasn’t missed a beat since then and is back to enjoying the sports and activities he loves!
