This Giving Tuesday, we're giving the gift of mobility to child amputees everywhere.
Without ‘activity limbs’ — prosthetic devices that allow for running, jumping and playing — child amputees are limited in their physical ability. Insurance companies don’t cover activity limbs so for many families, it’s cost prohibitive to secure these prostheses.
At JTF, we believe it’s wrong that any child be denied equal access to their childhood.
