Since its inception in 2021, the Family Reunion has been a cherished highlight for the Jordan Thomas Foundation. Born from a deep desire for connection, this event embodies the spirit of our community. JTF is more than just a pathway for kids to receive the prostheses they deserve; it’s a vibrant community of remarkable kids and families seeking meaningful connections. Each year, JTF invites every JTF kid and their family to Nashville for a weekend filled with fun activities, breakout sessions, and memories to last a lifetime!

6 Years of Growing, Gathering & Making Memories

What started as a small gathering has grown into an unforgettable annual tradition for families from across the country. As we celebrate our 6th Family Reunion this year, we’re reminded how special this community truly is — and somehow, every reunion gets bigger, better, and even more meaningful.

Through JTF, families impacted by limb loss and limb difference come together to connect, laugh, learn, and create lifelong friendships.
