Emma June
When Emma June was 13 years old, she was an active member of her school’s color guard team. She went to the doctor for what her family thought was an athletic knee injury, but she was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. After two years of chemotherapy and an above the knee amputation, Emma June is active as ever as ever, thanks to the Jordan Thomas Foundation. Her family recently moved to Florida so Emma June can be closer to her prosthetist and receive the best care possible. Emma June also loves connecting with other JTF families and is involved in school and church youth group.
