Jacob
Seven-year-old Jacob was born with Fibular Hemimelia on his right left and underwent a below knee amputation at ten months old. While he learned to walk and is able to accomplish most of his daily life activities with his prosthesis, he always had a desire to be more active and participate more competitively in sports. However, Jacob’s previous prosthesis impaired him from doing all the activities he wanted to do. Now that Jacob has an activity limb, his athletic abilities have taken off and he is so excited to be able to participate in more sports and activities with his peers.
