Now 25 years old, Victor was a in a car accident when he was 17 that caused both of his legs to be amputated above the knee due to the third degree burns that he suffered. Prior to his accident, Victor loved running and now as a One Time Young Adult Recipient, we were able to help Victor get access to specialized activity limbs so he can return to doing what he loves!
