Join us this April!

Each April, in honor of Limb Difference Awareness Month, the Jordan Thomas Foundation partners with local mom Grace Wright to host a fun-filled picnic in Middle Tennessee for children and adults with limb differences. This special day brings together families and children for endless fun, connection, and celebration. Grace, whose son Keith was born with an upper limb difference, began organizing the picnic in 2022, when Keith was just a few months old . Since then, the event has grown, fostering countless friendships and meaningful connections!

A Special Opportunity for Connection

The Limb Difference Awareness Picnic is more than just a day of fun—it’s a special opportunity for children with limb loss to meet and play with peers who share similar experiences. This unique environment helps kids build friendships, boost their confidence, and create lasting memories.

For parents, the picnic offers a supportive space to connect with other families navigating similar journeys. It’s a chance to share stories, exchange advice, and build a community of understanding and support.
